Welcome!

Do you find yourself feeling muddled? Things are not going the way you envision them going? We all strive to have a fulfilling life, particularly with our family and for our family members.

What could be the matter that life is not going as smoothly as you plan for yourself? Do you feel you are carrying your burden alone? Is the partnership, the emotional bond, you hope to have with your spouse, not happening?

This kind of deeply felt struggle can result in anxiety, depression and a sense of hopelessness. This sense of feeling defeated can permeate you, and the life of your family. It will affect the children and communicate to them negative perceptions of how their future will be.

About Me

I firmly believe that the relationship between the husband and the wife is crucial in the development of their children. Parents build the children’s foundation of their healthy outlook in life through their own lived examples.

I have been working with couples and families for many years. Couples have dreams of bright future as a couple and for their children. However, as to be expected, changes happen; sometimes not for the best. Often times changes can cause the couple to drift apart, weakening the bonds that bind the family together. Unless the marriage is strong, any foundation for strong relationships among the family members is compromised. In all my work with couples I always promote the feeling there is hope for change. And I always facilitate, support and aid their becoming invested in working through their problems both as an individual and as a couple.

My approach to therapy meets the specific needs of my clients, particularly in recognizing there self-strengthening, their sense of who they are. I make them aware of their individual history in order that they be more embracing of whom they have become, and of what they can build on to be a more loving and compassionate person, spouse, father, mother.

In my practice working with couples it is inspiring to see that their personal growth infuses itself into each individual member in their family, starting with themselves. The whole family becomes well- grounded in their relationships.

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
